Mbeumo: Brentford deserved victory at Bournemouth

Brentford forward Bryan Mbeumo expressed his satisfaction with their well-deserved victory over Bournemouth. Mbeumo played a crucial role in the 2-1 win, scoring a goal that proved to be the difference.

Reflecting on the match, Mbeumo stated, “I feel very good and very happy with the win today. It was a tough game against a really good team, but we fought until the last minute to secure the winning goal. We wanted to win today, and we gave everything we had.”

Mbeumo also acknowledged the significance of his 50th goal for Brentford, crediting his teammate Wissam Ben Yedder for an incredible touch that set up the goal. “It’s an unbelievable touch from Wiss. When the ball comes over from the keeper, it’s always hard, but he made the perfect touch,” Mbeumo explained.

The French attacker also emphasized the importance of the team’s strong bond both on and off the pitch. “There’s a lot of work on the pitch, but also off it. We have a really good relationship, and we are very good friends. Training the combinations is really important,” Mbeumo added.

Overall, Brentford’s victory against Bournemouth showcased their determination and teamwork, leaving Mbeumo and his teammates in high spirits as they continue their pursuit of success in the league.
